Refund Policy

General Meetings/Luncheon

Reservation deadline is noon the Friday before the Wednesday meeting.
To avoid being billed, please cancel by noon on the Monday before the Wednesday meeting.
Advance payment is greatly appreciated. If not paid in advance, checks should be ready and payable to HRAR in the amount of $15.00. If paying by cash, please have correct change.
Members who have reservations but do not show/attend, are billed (via facsimile) with deadline for paying by the last day of the month.
The HRAR staff is required to give a guaranteed number in advance of the meeting luncheon, and we are billed for that number. As billing is costly and very time consuming, there will be an additional, recurring late charge of $10.00 added if payment is not received by last day of month.
Cancellation requests for credit card transactions must be submitted in writing to the HRAR Office 4 days prior to the event. Registration will be refunded less $10.00 processing fee.

(Requests for refund consideration due to extenuating circumstances must be received in writing within 5 days after General Meeting/Luncheon or any similar function.)

 

Awards Banquet

Reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

 

Seminars

HRAR reserves the right to cancel any scheduled course or seminar. If a class is cancelled you will be notified via mail, email, fax or phone and will be given a full refund. HRAR is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation.
Cancellations will be accepted minus a $10.00 administrative fee up to 5 days prior to the event. No refunds will be given after the 5 days prior to the event. No-shows are charged the full registration amount.

Affiliates Day

Reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

GRI

Cancellation requests (written or phoned) will be accepted through 5:00pm 8 days preceding each module. All paid tuition other than the $20.00 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit will be refunded. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after the close of business on that day.
